Shipping within the United States is free, by USPS Ground Advantage.

We pack within two business days. USPS quotes 3 to 7 business days after that.

United States addresses only.

Returns & refunds

Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items come back unused, in their packaging.

Broken or wrong

Do not post it back. Email support@levanzon.com a photograph and we refund or replace.

Changed your mind

Email support@levanzon.com for the return address. You pay the return postage. Use the original box and a tracked service.

Refunds reach the card that paid within three business days of the parcel arriving.

Privacy

We collect your name, address and email to fulfil your order.

Stripe collects and holds your card details. They never reach this shop.

We use no advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data. We share order details with Stripe to take payment and with the delivery carrier to deliver the parcel.

We count our own visits with first-party analytics. It stores random visitor and session identifiers, pages opened, the first referring site and campaign tags, basket contents and the country code supplied by our hosting provider. It does not store your street address or card details. Raw visit and basket records are kept for up to 180 days.

An email given for a discount code is kept so we can send the code and shop updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw that permission by emailing support@levanzon.com; we keep the suppression record so an import cannot subscribe you again.
